Online Subscription
What is it?
ITS is excited to kick off an online subscription program! With this monthly subscription you will have access to workouts from all the programs ITS offers in the gym and a video library to help you with form and technique.
What training programs are available?
Currently there are::
- 10 ACL Maintenance workouts
- 10 Mind Body Fuel workouts
- 5 HIIT training workouts
- 10 Travel workouts (YES, travel...pack a band you have access to workouts on the go!)
- 12 Sports performance workouts (including change in direction, plyometrics and reaction time workouts
- 14 Day Challenge workouts (past)
- Recovery video library
- Video library for exercises in the workouts.

What will you need?
Some of the workouts will require weight room use but most workouts are designed to be completed at home. If you do not have access to weight room equipment EVERY exercise can be modified to work with what you have.
