Preseason training involves building overall strength and improving on athletic performance. At ITS, athletes will work on increasing their strength and improving their speed and explosiveness.
Training programs will include a mix of weight training and speed and agility drills. Athletes will work on their foot speed with jump rope drills. Jump training including proper jump landings are HUGE for sports including basketball players and will be implemented into the training program. Reaction training and change of direction will also be incorporated into the program as well.
Athletes will choose what package they want to sign up for. Training days will be according to the gym schedule and athlete's schedule. COVID protocols are followed during all workouts.
Once a package is paid for, the athlete will receive an email within 24 hours of payment with the rest of the registration process. That is when we will set up the schedule and prepare the program
There are two different package options to choose from:
Package One: 12 sessions for $360. The session costs breaks down to $30 per session
Package Two: 8 sessions for $200. The session costs breaks down to $25 per session.

Both male and female athletes can sign up for the training programs. Ages for the programming will be 13 years and up. If the athlete has never formally trained before they will start with body weight work to learn form and build up their core strength and then progress to weights.
