People always ask why did I open a gym. The answer is simple…I wanted to help more athletes that were experiencing an ACL injury. But how did this passion of mine develop? Well that is a story in itself.
The Post ACL Rehab program at ITS is unique. I have taken the basics of rehab and combined them with the basic principles of strength training.
Our mission is to help women of all ages increase their body image and self esteem through strength training. The Lift Strong Be Strong Program goals are to educate, empower and make women of all ages believe in themselves.
Excited to offer speed and agility training for athletes ages 12 years and older! Program goals are to increase foot speed and explosiveness in every athlete.
