Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) uses a cuff to temporarily restrict blood flow to a muscle or group of muscles in a targeted area. Pressure is applied while the athlete performs exercises. This decreases the oxygen level in said muscles. By minimizing the oxygen levels, the body automatically thinks its working harder than it is. Therefore, the athlete can lift lighter weights and receive the same benefits as lifting something heavier. The body will increase hormore production necessary to build muscles and help the athlete increase strength. BFR is an excellent training tool for athletes with weight bearing restrictions (example post ACL rehabilitation)
How Cupping Works:
Benefits of Cupping:
Compression therapy uses air pressure massage to relieve muscle aches and pains. During treatment, the pants help increase circulation to the treated areas to help the affected limbs recover faster after workouts and/or games/competitions.
NOTE: These compression pants could also help reduce pain and inflammation associated with osteroarthritis

Graston Technique (GT) is an evidence-based form of soft tissue mobilization that is instrument assisted. This method allows GT trained clinicians to address soft tissue and fascial restrictions with improved patient outcomes. The stainless steel instruments are specifically designed with unique treatment edges and angles to help deliver an effective manual therapy treatment.
